cPanel & WHM version 138 added an optional Domain Recommendations & Purchase feature. When your hosting provider enables and configures it, the Jupiter Domains interface can show available domain suggestions and let you continue to the provider's store to buy a domain.

Availability: cPanel currently documents this feature as experimental and Jupiter-only. It may not appear on every cPanel account. Pricing, supported top-level domains, and checkout are supplied by the hosting provider's configured domain store.

Purchase a domain

  1. In Jupiter, open cPanel → Domains → Domains.
  2. Select Create a New Domain.
  3. If available, choose Purchase a domain.
  4. Enter the domain name you want to search for.
  5. Optionally refine the search options, then run the search.
  6. Select an available domain and choose Purchase.
  7. Continue to the hosting provider's store and complete checkout there.

cPanel's version 138 documentation notes that users must sign in to WHMCS manually to complete the purchase when the provider uses the WHMCS integration. After a successful purchase, cPanel can add the domain to the account automatically.

If the purchase option is not present, use the domain-registration method provided by your hosting provider or registrar. Adding a domain to cPanel and registering a domain are still separate operations unless this provider-enabled purchasing workflow is being used.
