Global design settings help keep typography, colors, buttons, and spacing consistent across a Sitejet website.
Steps
- Open the website builder and save a recovery point using the backup controls available in your edition.
- Open Design and review the Text, Colors, Buttons, and Layout sections. Change one group at a time.
- Choose readable font sizes and colors with sufficient contrast. Check headings, body text, buttons, and links against their actual backgrounds.
- Inspect several pages and responsive previews. An element or preset with its own style can override the global setting; review that local style if it did not change.
- Save your work and follow your edition’s normal publication workflow.
Check the result
Check the public website at desktop and phone widths, including long headings and navigation labels. Confirm that buttons and links remain easy to recognize.
Before you continue
A global change can affect many pages. Avoid repeatedly overriding individual elements before checking the shared design settings and preset styles.
